RMSJ would like to assure all of you that we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers. RMSJ takes great pride in the fact that we have always maintained high cleaning standards. In light of recent events, RMSJ has added CDC recommended cleaning measures for our technicians to follow.
We will be screening ALL customer calls to verify we are sending our technicians into a safe environment. Any jobs where there is a quarantine situation due to COVID-19, or any sickness at the jobsite, our technicians will not be able to enter the premises.
Our technician will be the only one allowed in the work area. Any on-site consultations will occur while wearing masks and practicing safe social distancing.
RMSJ has provided our technicians with all the essential PPE: safety glasses, gloves, face masks, shoe covers, and Tyvek suits (if needed). These will be worn at every job site, and then properly disposed of at job completion.

Odor Detection and Remediation is Our Specialty
Water leaks can sometimes be a difficult to find, but locating a leaking odor can be even more challenging. Common causes of sewer odor can result from broken fittings, nail holes in pipes, or toilets leaking at their wax seals. Our first step is to check the basic or more obvious places sewer odor can escape. If no leak is found with the H2S sensor equipment, a non toxic smoke test is used to track the leak back to the source.
